I'm a huge fan of free downloads, so I'm happily supplying a free download for anyone who's interested. I downloaded an envelope mailer over the holidays and have been wanting to design one myself and finally had the time, so I did it! Check it out:

Instructions are printed on the PDF -- print it back to back or just print the outside. I think regular postage should work if you want to mail it. I recommend printing it on a nice off-white cover stock like Paper Source's Superfine Soft White Cover.
