tuesday.typeface : : affair

Have I mentioned that I love Ale Paul's typefaces? I mean, I only blog about one of them ever other week or so -- why not keep it up two weeks in a row? If you wanted to marry last week's typeface, you'll want to have an Affair with this week's feature -- literally.

Affair is another amazing calligraphic typeface with so many ligatures, glyphs and ornaments that the same word can have
dozens of different looks. It seems virtually impossible to have a bad design when this typeface is used.

Image snagged from the Affair User Guide PDF, which you can download over at Veer.com.

Oh, I love, love this typeface (how nice to refer to it as a typeface for a change and not have someone have a lost look on their face!)... I love every single typeface from this Argentinean type foundry, including La Portenia!
