These are some logo concepts I've been working on for Harthen Studios. Shannon Harthen is a wonderful photojournalist who's looking for a logo that reflects her classy, high-end, modern photography. The tag line for her logo is "fly on the wall photography," which ties in the fact that she doesn't pose her clients. Click on the image to view it larger.

I like the script in Row 4-Column 2 (R4/C2) because I like that type script; it has a classic beauty to its letters. But, I think that the R4/C1 is my second pick.
I prefer the image that is more like a "real" fly - goes more with the "fly on ..." I also like the smaller image of the fly over the larger ones - again, fly on the wall would appear small to the eye.
Least favorite is R1/C1 - too dark and brooding.

Hi, I love your designs! I just found out about your blog through flickr. A client of mine sent me one of your designs link on flickr telling me that she liked the typography style you used and that is how I found about you :) I am a graphic designer as well and I love vintage style design and typography, which you clearly depict that style. If you don't mind my asking, what is the typeface (the script one) you are using in the last row, middle column?
