In 2009 I became a cyclist (for the second time), a runner (for the first time), and I LOST 45 FUH-REAKING POUNDS. You might think I made a resolution to work on my fitness or something -- I promise you that was not the case. I'm not a resolution maker.

FANTASTIC!!! The lose of 1 pound per week was a great way to eventually loose the pounds. I look forward to many bike rides and our upcoming half-marathon.
